Terms

Policy
All parts are second hand (unless otherwise stated) and are sold as-is, and have not been reconditioned or serviced prior to sale. Care is taken to ensure parts are in working order. However, in some instances it may not be possible to fully test engines and transmissions sourced from accident damaged vehicles.

Warranty
We provide 90 - 120 days warranty on all engines, gearboxes and parts, excluding body and panel cuts. Should you not be satisfied with the part supplied, return it to us and if a suitable replacement is not available we will issue you a full credit or cheque refund for the value of your purchase.

Warranty terms for Motors
Please make sure your mechanic tests your part before installation. Our warranty does not cover labour or extra costs associated with the fitting or removal of faulty parts.

Please retain your receipt as exchange or refund will only be approved when a receipt or proof of purchase is provided. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods sold or furnished.

If the goods are defective, we expressly assume no liability beyond the value of the merchandise sold, nor for any damage caused by defective goods.

Interchange
Due to the practice of interchanging parts from different years and models of vehicles, the year and model of the vehicle or part printed on the Tax Invoice may not necessarily be the exact year and model as the part of the vehicle provided by the customer. We guarantee the parts we sell are within the range of interchange for the customer's part and/or vehicle.
